In other Taylor news, he’s on the cover of the April issue of Men’s Health and also featured in the current issue of Women’s Health with brand new photoshoots. If anyone has the scans, I would appreciate the contribution.

In site news, expect a new layout to finally go online here asap. The site has been online for a year now and we definitely need something new.

I’ve uploaded DVD screencaps of Taylor’s movie Gospel Hill. His character is very different from Tim Riggins but equally loveable.

Silk Spectre Teams Up With Gambit To Stop Apartheid

The consensus on Watchmen, except for a few extremely vocal naysayers, seems to be that it’s pretty good. One of the many reasons it’s good is Malin Ackerman who, isn’t half bad as a character which I’d always thought of as pretty thankless in the comic. Maybe Malin has something, which means her next movie is worth paying attention to.

Variety says that next movie is The Bang Bang Club. Unfortunately it’s not a film noir set in a strip club, as the title suggests. It’s about South African apartheid and Ackerman plays the photo editor of a group called Bang Bang Club. The group is comprised of four war photographers, with Ryan Phillipe and Taylor Kitsch (soon to be seen playing Gambit in Wolverine) as two of the four.

Based on a memoir by Bang Bang Club members Greg Marinovich and Joao Silva, the indie film tells the story of four photographers whose pictures captured the final, bloody days of white supremacy in South Africa. (source)

Lots of Taylor news have been trickling in and I’m missing out on so much. Sorry for not keeping you guys more up to date. I’m sure things will be become even more busy come April.

Taylor Kitsch Just Wants to Huddle

Taylor Kitsch plays Tim Riggins, the Dillon Panthers’ fullback who has dirty hair, abundant charm, and bad intentions. In the past three seasons of Friday Night Lights, Riggins has seduced the town sweetheart, dallied with a single mom, and encountered innumerous “rally girls.” He’s the archetype rascal, and Kitsch plays him to perfection. Tonight, Riggins strolls dangerously close to the V.F. office in the episode “New York, New York.” Today, Kitsch tells VF Daily he’s more than just “that guy on the show that’s always shirtless.”

VF Daily: Were you a Riggins in high school?
Taylor Kitsch: No. Fuck no! I wish! I live vicariously through him. I think a lot of people live vicariously through Riggs.

FOX has released a new trailer for X-Men Origins: Wolverine which features a little bit more of Taylor as Gambit. The movie hits cinemas on May 1!!!

Ps: I know I’m behind on Friday Night Lights screencaps. I hope to have the missing ones online asap. Speaking of, the Season 3 DVD Box Set has been scheduled to be released on May 19. Looks like May will be a great month for Taylor fans.
